CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM

Before Departing

Although the cottage is professionally cleaned between tenants the cottage should be left in the same condition as you found it.

Please check that the following are clean and stored.

Any Dishes, Pots, Pans, Utensils, etc.

Coffee Pot, Blender, Toaster, etc.

Stove, Microwave, Gas Grill

Refrigerator and Freezer

Floors Swept and/or Vacuumed if Needed

Wipe Down Counters and Tables

All Bagged Garbage Placed in Outside Containers

Bathroom Sink & Toilet Wiped Down

Any Dirty Linens (sheets & towels) Place in the Shower

Heat Turned Down

Lights Off

Leave Keys
