Three bedrooms (1 king, 1 double, 2 singles), 1.5 baths (1/2 bath on first floor), kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and toaster. Enjoy your meals in the eat-in kitchen or in the open living area with views of the water. Cottage has beautifully painted open studding and wood floors throughout, along with an open floor plan. If there's a chill in the air, there are two  Monitor heaters (in the living room and master bedroom) to warm things up. Screened-in porch for enjoying the outdoors sans bugs! Linens are included. No smoking; no pets.
