The Atlantic Guest Cottage is attached to the properties main house, but is not accessible from within the house. Walking distance to town. Located on the East side of the Harbor. 	Boothbay Harbor- Sprucewold - Sleeps 4 Sprucewold Cottage - This two bedroom cottage has been currently renovated with a new first floor bathroom and a new laundry room. The second floor bedroom area with queen size bed and private half bath is accessible by the spiral staircase and is open to the living area below. As a tenant, you will have access to the members only Sprucewold beach area, about a quarter mile away (pets are not allowed at the beach area). Down town Boothbay Harbor is only a mile and a half from the cottage. The cottage is located in a wooded area on a private road with minimal traffic. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet and still be close to all that the region has to offer. No Smoking, pets negotiable
