Enjoy the water from the comfort of your living room, dining area, open deck or down in the yard at the waters' edge. Located at the end of the road yet an easy walk to public landing and yacht club. Kids (and adults) will enjoy fishing for crabs from the dock. Enjoy your lobster dinner outside at the picnic table - enjoy the view, and keep the mess outside! Three bedrooms, full bath with shower, kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and toaster. Please note, the ceiling height in the kitchen area is less than 6 feet. Gas grill and picnic table for cooking and enjoying your meals outside. Linens are included. No smoking; pet negotiable.
